		<description>Personally, I think SIP trunks are wonderful for call quality while using VoIP.  I&#039;m not surprised others aren&#039;t as excited; those who have been bit by voice over IP before.  Just the other day we had someone ask us &quot;what is a sip trunk&quot; and how it was supposed to save them cost if the internet went down.  My answer was simple.  When you have back up redundancy like you do now, you can take that risk.  Besides, who&#039;s to say that your SIP lines are going to go down any more than your phone lines.
